Terms and conditions!

Eligibility:

  1. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom only.
  2. Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Entry Requirements:

  1. X (Twitter) – Participants must like the competition tweet, quote retweet/retweet it, follow @GaymersiNC for updates, and comment with the hashtag #TheGaymersVeilguard.
  2. Instagram – Participants must follow @GaymersiNC for updates, share the post on their story and comment on the post with the hashtag #TheGaymersVeilguard.
  3. Only one entry per person is allowed.
  4. You may enter in both social channels but can only win once.
  5. 1 winner will be selected on each social channel.
  6. Entries must be submitted within the specified competition period.
  7. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or contain offensive content will be disqualified.

Winner Selection:

  1. The winners will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible entries.
  2. The selection will be conducted from 6 pm on the 30th October.
  3. The winners will be notified via direct message on X (Twitter) and Instagram on the 30th October.
  4. Players must respond within 24 hours. If no response is received, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize:

  1. The prize consists of one copy of Dragon Age: The Veilguard for a platform of their choice of PS5, Xbox series S/X or Steam.
  2. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

Prize Fulfillment:

  1. The winner must provide their full name and mailing address.
  2. Gaymers iNC. will make reasonable efforts to deliver the prize within a reasonable time frame, but is not responsible for any delays or damages during shipment.

Publicity:

  1. By participating in the competition, participants consent to Gaymers iNC. using their name and likeness for promotional purposes related to the competition without any additional compensation.

Disqualification:

  1. Gaymers iNC. reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent activity.
  2. Gaymers iNC. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.
