DESCRIPTION:The ICI Walk n Talk is an inclusive\, low-key social event created and run by our friends at It’s Culture Innit offering a safe\, social space to walk\, talk\, connect and reconnect. Gaymers iNC is always proud to share this event with our community\, and you’ll often spot gaymers meandering along on these serene strolls. \nLaunched in September 2023 in memory of David Yan\, Walk ‘n’ Talk is all about exploring nature while building real\, meaningful connection in a safe\, supportive space. \n \nFor our first walk of 2026\, we will be continuing the Thames Path\, journeying from Staines through to the historic town of Windsor. \nTICKETS: \nThis is a ticketed event. Please register for a FREE ticket before going to the meetup point. \n​🗺️ ABOUT THIS WALK \n​This route offers a wonderful variety of scenery as we reconnect with nature. \n👀 Highlights include: \n🌊 Peaceful riverside paths along the Thames \n🥪 Exploring Runnymede and the Magna Carta tea rooms \n🏰 Spectacular views of Windsor Castle as we approach the finish \n🌿 Reconnecting with nature and community \n  \n​🚶‍♂️ WALK DETAILS 🚶‍♀️ \n​📍 Route: Staines to Windsor \n📅 Date: Sunday 17th May 2026 \n🕚 Meet: 11:00 am\, London Waterloo Station ( Customer Assistance Kiosk\, between Burger King and Platform 12) \n🚆 Depart: 11:25 am train to Staines \n🏁 Finish: Windsor (Aiming to be back in London no later than 5:00 pm) \n📏 Distance: Approx. 13.4 km / 8.3 miles \n⏱️ Duration: 3.5 to 4 hours walking plus lunch and breaks \n💪 Fitness: Leisurely pace\, but please note the distance \n🐾 Dogs: Welcome! \n🆓 Cost: Free event\, Everyone welcome \n  \nPlease go to the ticket page for the full details and to get a free ticket to the event.
